The weather may not have been the best but our Fresh-Start group still braced the cold, to clean up the local area. They filled a total of 9 bags …..What a team!

Spreading Some Christmas Cheer
We have been delivering Christmas gifts to our service users this week. Thankful for our volunteers who played the role of WYCCP’s little helpers. It was so good to bring some well needed Christmas cheer.

WYCCP Festive Lunch
We had a great time yesterday at our festive lunch. We hosted our service users, volunteers, board of trustees and some of our partner agencies. A great time was had by all.

A huge THANK YOU to Joshua Idle & colleagues #TheCarpetBarn for supplying and fitting this carpet for free for one of our elderly service users. She is overjoyed, as she was living with no carpets in this room. “So shines a good deed in a weary world” We are very grateful for their generous act of kindness.

Fresh-Start Friday
Our Fresh-Start group enjoyed a little crazy golf last week. It wasn’t competitive as it’s the taking part that counts but for all those who are interested, our Volunteer Coordinator came in first place.
Volunteer Training has commenced!
We had a good start to our volunteer training last week. What a great bunch of applicants we have, who are starting the journey to becoming a WYCCP Link Worker.
Fresh-Start Friday
Our Fresh-Start group visited Leeds Discovery Centre last week. We had a great time exploring as there are around 1.3 million pieces of artefacts from the local area and around the world. Highly recommend a visit!
